Join us on Friday, June 11, 2027 for the Child’s Place Golf Scramble, where your love of golf comes together with a powerful purpose—Driving Hope for Children. Join us for a meaningful day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and compassion, all while making a lasting difference in the lives of children.
Each year, nearly 200 children and caregivers recieve services at Child’s Place after a report of child abuse, assault or neglect. These children come from communities throughout our area, reminding us that child abuse does not discriminate. It crosses neighborhood lines, economic status, and demographics, and it can affect any family. However, when our community comes together, we can all be a piece of the solution.
Your participation in this golf tournament goes far beyond a day on the course. It becomes a lifeline for children and families in our community. Every swing, every sponsorship, and every show of support helps fund critical services that work to break the cycle of abuse and create safer futures for children.
Together, we can Drive Hope for Children and show the power of a community committed to supporting and protecting our youngest neighbors. Be the difference that transforms lives and helps build a brighter, safer future for children.
The inaugural Child's Place Golf Scramble – Driving Hope for Children was held on June 12, 2026, at Redwood Falls Golf Club.
Thanks to the incredible support of our golfers, sponsors, volunteers, auction donors, and community members, the event raised more than $26,000 to support children and families served by Child's Place.
Tournament Highlights:
• 24 teams (96 golfers) participated
• More than 30 silent auction items were donated by local businesses and supporters
• Community members from across Southwestern Minnesota came together to support Child's Place
• Funds raised will help provide advocacy, forensic interviews, prevention education, and support services for children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, violence, and trauma
Thank you to everyone who helped make our first Golf Scramble a tremendous success.
