2024 greater good award

Child’s Place was awarded the Greater Good Award at the Redwood Area Chamber and Tourism 27th Annual Chamber Gala on Saturday, February 3, 2024.

Although we do not know who nominted us for this award, we appreciate all of the support from the community. Recieving this award is an honor and we look forward to continuing to provide services and resources to children and families in our community. Thank you!

This award is intended to recognize a non-profit organization who pledges their organization time, talents, and their resources to our community in such a way that the entire community benefits.

2-Day Child Abuse Training - July 2023

Child's Place hosted a training by Zero Abuse Project on various topics on child abuse. Over 50 professionals in law enforcement, child protection, prosecution and other children's advocacy centers throughout the state were in attendance. Thank you to everyone that attended today! Thank you Zero Abuse Project for another wonderful training!

NightFalls- May 2023

Child's Place participated in the Celebrate Redwood Falls Night Falls Event. Our section was lined in blue and pinwheels for Child Abuse Prevention.
