April is Child Abuse Prevention Month — a time to raise awareness, strengthen families, and remind our community that protecting children is a shared responsibility.
Each year, nearly 200 children and caregivers come through the doors of Child’s Place after a report of
child abuse, assault or neglect.
These children come from communities throughout our area, reminding us that child abuse does not discriminate. It crosses neighborhood lines, economic status, and demographics, and it can affect any family. However, when our community comes together, we can all be a piece of the solution.
We invite you to learn about our services, explore our golf tournament and stay connected with Child's Place throughout the year.
We are thrilled to invite you to our Child’s Place Golf Scramble, where your love of golf comes together with a powerful purpose—Driving Hope for Children. Join us for a meaningful day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and compassion, all while making a lasting difference in the lives of children.
Every dollar counts! All proceeds support the programs of Child’s Place and help provide critical resources, advocacy, and support for children in our community.
Join our email list to stay connected to the work happening at Child’s Place. You’ll receive newsletters, event information, and and ways our community can support children and families when needs arise.
Join our mailing list in April for your chance to win a $30 gift card to Rise!
Winner will be contacted by email by May 4, 2026
